Changes Coiming in Spring 2026...
This work is evolving.
Over the coming months, my offerings, structure, and availability will be shifting to better reflect how I work. The focus is moving toward depth over quantity, integration over quick fixes, and care that actually holds.
What’s changing isn’t the heart of the work. It’s the container.
You may notice refinements in session formats, pacing, pricing, and how clients are supported before and after sessions. These changes are designed to create more sustainable healing, for you and for me.
If you’re already here, nothing is being pulled out from under you. This is about building something more honest, more intentional, and more aligned with what truly works.
More details will unfold as Spring 2026 approaches. For now, consider this an invitation to slow down, stay present, and engage your healing as a relationship, not a one-time event.
This work is evolving toward longer sessions, deeper care, and more intentional support.
The heart of the work stays the same. The container is refining.
What to Expect
Sessions will be unhurried and intentionally paced.
Work will begin with a brief check-in to understand what your body is asking for that day. From there, sessions will unfold intuitively and therapeutically, using manual therapy, breath, and guided awareness to support both physical release and nervous system regulation.
Longer sessions will allow the body time to respond rather than react. This means less chasing symptoms and more listening for patterns. Touch is deliberate, responsive, and integrated rather than procedural.
Change will be approached as a process, not a single event. While some relief may be felt right away, deeper and more lasting shifts typically occur through consistent care over time.
You will be invited to show up honestly, stay present, and allow your body to do what it already knows how to do when given enough space and care.
